Composition: meat of the breast part of the bird 40%, lean pork 30%, lard 30%, salt, sugar, multi-component mixture, (dextrose, extracts of spices (allspice), flavorings, E315, E316, spices (black pepper, garlic ), an auxiliary substance for ripening meat raw materials – cotton culture, color fixative – sodium nitrite E250. Shelf life and storage conditions: at a temperature not higher than 15°C – 4 months, at a temperature of 0…6°C no more than 120 days (under vacuum or in a gas environment) provided the packaging is intact.
Nutritional (food) and energy value (calorie) per 100 g (g) of the product: proteins not less than 20.0 g (g), carbohydrates less than 1.0 g (g); sugar less than 1.0 g (g); fats no more than 42 g (g); saturated 18.0 g (g); salt 6.0 g (g); – 1916 kDj (kJ) (458 kcal (kcal)).
