Composition: semi-fat pork 70%, high-grade beef 25%, egg melange, skim milk powder, table salt, sugar, ground nutmeg, color fixative – sodium nitrite E250. Shelf life and storage conditions: at a temperature of 0°С…6°С and a relative humidity of 75%…78% – no more than 72 hours (in natural, protein, cellulose shells), – no more than 10 days in polyamide envelopes, no more than 10 days (under vacuum or in a gas environment in whole loaves) provided the packaging is intact. Nutritional (food) and energy value (calorie) of 100 g (g) of the product: proteins at least – 13 g (g); fats no more than 22 g (g); – 1046 kDj (kJ) (250 kcal (kcal)). The shell is not edible
