Composition: fatty pork 50%, high grade beef 20%, first grade beef 15%, semi-fat pork 10%, chicken eggs, dry cow’s milk, salt, sugar, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, color fixative – nitrite sodium E250. Shelf life and storage conditions: at a temperature of 0°C…6°C and a relative humidity of 75%…78% – no more than 10 days (in natural, protein, polyamide shells), – no more than 25 days ( under vacuum or in a gas environment) provided the package is intact. Nutritional (food) and energy value (caloric content) of 100 g (g) of the product: proteins not less than 11 g (g); carbohydrates less than 1.0 g (g); sugar less than 1.0 g (g); fats not more than – 28.0 g (g); saturated – 12.0 g (g); salt 2.0 g (g); – 1240 kDj (kJ) (296 kcal (kcal)). The shell is not edible
