Ingredients: chicken fillet 75%, lard 25%, table salt, dextrose, sugar, multi-component mixture (allspice, coriander, nutmeg), flavorings, E316, flavor enhancer E316, auxiliary substance for ripening meat raw materials – ctapto kultupa, color fixer – sodium nitrate E250. Shelf life and storage conditions: at a temperature not higher than 15°C and a relative humidity of 75%…78% – 4 months, at a temperature not higher than 15°C – no more than 120 d (days) (under vacuum or in a gas environment ). Nutritional (food) and energy value (calorie) of 100 g of product: proteins at least 20 g (g), carbohydrates less than 1.0 g (g); sugar less than 1.0 g (g); fat no more than 45.0 g (g); saturated 22.0 g (g); salt 6.0 g (g); – 2027 kDj (kJ) (485 kcal (kcal)). The shell is not edible. A white deposit of salt on the surface of the shell is allowed. The end date of consumption “Use by” and the number of the production batch are indicated on the sticker.
