Composition: boneless lean pork 45%, boneless semi-fat pork 20%, side fat 10%, poultry meat rolled into hand 10%, cooked ham 10%, refined oil, dry milk, eggs, dry multicomponent mixture (stabilizer – polyphosphates E452 , sucrose, table salt, black pepper, antioxidant – sodium isoscorbate E316, nutmeg) color fixative – sodium nitrite E250. Shelf life and storage conditions: at temperatures from 0°С…6°С and relative humidity from 75%…78% – no more than 3 days (in a natural, protein, cellulose shell), – no more than 15 days (under vacuum or in a gas environment) provided the package is intact.
