Composition: semi-fat pork 70%, lean pork 20%, side lard 10%, table salt, multi-component mixture (black pepper, nutmeg, allspice), truffle paste, maltodextrin, flavor and aroma enhancer E 621 dextrose, color fixative – nitrite sodium E250. Shelf life and storage conditions: at a temperature not higher than 15°С and a relative humidity of 75%…78% – no more than 45 days, at a temperature of 0°С…6°С – no more than 120 days (under vacuum or in a gaseous environment). Nutritional (food) and energy value (calorie) of 100 g (g) of the product: proteins not less than 12.0 g (g), carbohydrates less than 1.0 g (g); sugar less than 1.0 g (g); fat no more than 65.0 g (g); saturated 25 g (g); salt 6.0 g (g); – 1713 kDj (kJ) (409.4 kcal (kcal)). The shell is not edible. A white deposit of salt on the surface of the shell is allowed. The end date of consumption “Use by” and the production batch number are indicated on the sticker.
