Shelf life and storage conditions: at a temperature not higher than 15°C and relative humidity of 75%…78% – 45 d (days), at a temperature of 0…6°C no more than 120 d (days) (under vacuum or in a gas environment by whole loaves) provided the package is intact. Nutritional (food) and energy value (calorie) of 100 g (g) of the product: proteins not less than 12.0 g (g), carbohydrates less than 1.0 g (g); sugar less than 1.0 g (g); fats no more than 65.0 g (g); saturated 25 g (g); salt 6.0 g (g); – 2612 kDj (kJ) (624 kcal (kcal)). The shell is not edible. A white deposit of salt on the surface of the shell is allowed
